4. DURATION OF THE TREATMENT

4.1 The Data Controller will process your personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and, in any case, for no more than 2 years from the last legally relevant processing.

5.1 Your personal data may be disclosed:

i) employees and collaborators of the company Freemont Italia S.r.l.;

ii) subjects who carry out technical or organizational activities on behalf of the company (professionals, consultancy firms);

6. DISCLOSURE OF DATA

6.1 Your personal data will never be disclosed.

6.2. The management and storage of personal data will take place on servers located within the European Union of the Data Controller and/or of third-party companies appointed and duly appointed as Data Processors. Currently the servers are located in Italy. The data will not be transferred outside the European Union. In any case, it is understood that the owner, if necessary, will have the right to move the location of the servers to the European Union and/or non-EU countries. In this case, the Data Controller ensures from now on that the non-EU data transfer will take place in compliance with the applicable legal provisions, stipulating, if necessary, agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection and/or adopting the standard contractual clauses envisaged by the European Commission.

7. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE CONFERMENT

7.1. 7.2. The granting of consent for the data processed in relation to the purposes referred to in point 1.2. of this information is to be understood as optional and requires explicit consent. Failure to provide consent will not allow the Owner to proceed with the promotion activity through the web.

8. CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURE TO PROVIDE

Failure to provide optional data will not result in any consequence, while failure to provide mandatory data will make it impossible to provide the services pursuant to points 1.1. and 1.2.

10. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED

The GDPR provides a series of rights for the interested party and precisely the right of access to personal data, the right to obtain the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the treatment that concern him, the right to oppose the treatment , the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent, where provided: the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation; the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
